General Rules of Conduct and Discipline
- The aim of the school is to give its pupils a sound moral education while giving special attention to their intellectual development. The authorities strive to inculcate in the pupils a culture that is characterized by thoroughness.
- Parents are requested to see that their children are punctual to school. Students coming after the commencement of school will be sent back home.
- Reports from teachers are sent through school calendar. Parents should particularly keep an eye on the monthly reports about the conduct and attendance of their wards.
- Students should attend the school in full and neat uniform everyday.
- Students will not be allowed to leave school premises during school hours.
- A student’s name is liable to be removed from the roll if continuously absent from school without leave for 10 days. Such student may be re-admitted on payment of re-admission fee along with arrears, if any.
- Pupils who have been late or absent from class must have the reason entered in the record of absence in the calendar duly signed by the parent/guardian.
- Pupils are responsible for the safe custody of their books and belongings.
- No jewellery is to be worn to School.
- Pupils must not damage the property of the school. The offender should reimburse any damage caused.
- Pupils must keep class rooms and school premises clean.
- Pupils are expected to behave well on all occasions.
- Parents are requested to come to school on the day mentioned and sign the Progress Report Cards.
- In disciplined students who do not show any improvement and whose presence in the school become injurious or detrimental to the general discipline of the school will be summarily dismissed from the school by the school authorities any time.
- Parents should sign messages, progress reports and other similar notifications when so requested. Failure to do so may put their wards to great inconvenience and render them liable to be sent back home.
- Parents/Guardians are not allowed to enter the class rooms during school hours. All dealings must be conducted through the concerned Head of the school.
- Parents are to look after the health and personal hygiene of their wards.
- No book, periodicals, pictures, newspapers or any other reading matter should be brought into the school without the permission of the Headmistress/Head Teacher.
- Enrolment in Andhra Association School implies on the part of the Pupils and Parents/guardians their willingness to comply with the requirement and regulations of the school.
- It shall always be lawful for the Management of the school to suspend and /or expel any student during the academic year without assigning any reason on any account whatsoever whenever it is in the opinion of the Management that continuance of such student on the rolls of the school is prejudicial and detrimental of its interests.
- Parents are requested not to write any remarks or message in the Progress Report Cards. If any enquiry is necessary they can communicate to the concerned Headmistress/Head Teacher.
- A student who is shabbily dressed or not in proper uniform will be sent back home.
The Parent/guardian should read the rules in the school calendar and sign in the space provided therein. |
